| 摘 要： | 随着内镜诊治早期消化道癌技术的提高和经验的积累，尤其是窄带光成像技术的普及与推广，愈来愈多的早期咽部浅表癌被发现。针对这些早期病变的各种内镜微创治疗技术在临床上也逐渐开展，明显改善了咽部癌患者的预后与生活质量。本文即探讨目前内镜诊断与治疗咽部浅表癌的方法、疗效以及进展情况。

Current progress of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment for superficial pharyngeal carcinoma |

| Abstract: | With the improvement of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment techniques and accumulation of clinical experience for early gastrointestinal cancer, especially the introduction and popularization of narrow band imaging technology, more and more superficial pharyngeal carcinomas are detected. Meanwhile, minimally invasive endoscopic treatment has also been gradually used in clinical practice, which significantly improves the prognosis and quality of life of patients with pharyngeal carcinoma. This article reviews the current methods, effects and progress of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of superficial pharyngeal carcinoma. |
