糖尿病视网膜病变中白细胞介素-18作用信号通路的研究进展

摘    要:

糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病的主要微血管病变,也是目前世界上致盲的主要眼病之一。其发病机制复杂,炎症、酶的代谢、细胞因子、离子通道及氧化应激等相关因素的变化均参与DR的病理过程。白细胞介素-18(IL-18)作为人体内一种重要的细胞因子,与机体的许多病变关系密切。目前研究证实,IL-18在糖尿病大血管病变和微血管病变中扮演了重要角色。此外IL-18通过多种方式参与DR的发病机制。笔者现就IL-18的在DR病理生理机制中的信号通路的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Diabetic retinopathy (DR), a major microvascular complication of eyes in diabetic patients, is one of the major causes of blindness. Pathogenesis of DR is complex, and the whole pathological process involves the changes of inflammation, enzymes, cytokines, ion channels, oxidative stress and other related factors. Interleukin-18 is a cytokine that participates in many pathological changes of human by large number of signal pathways. It has been reported that IL-18 influences the occurrence of macroangiopathy and microangiopathy by many ways, and is involved in the pathogenesis of DR. We overview the study progress of signal pathways of IL-18 in DR.
