现代医院管理为核心的帮扶模式在县医院的探索

大学附属医院与县级医院结成联盟医院,开展合作。上海新华医院以长中短期方式派驻专家,在县医院中逐步建立现代医院管理制度,同时推进先进医疗技术的输入和医务人员外出进修培养两方面工作对县医院进行帮扶合作。经过2018年4月到2019年12月近两年的帮扶,县医院医疗运行良性发展,填补县医院医教研空白26项,规范提升医疗技术能力32项,医疗服务能力得到显著提高。以现代医院管理制度建立为核心,先进医疗技术输入和人员外出进修培养为组成部分的帮扶模式是一种提高县医院管理能力,持续改善县医院医疗服务能力的有效方式,可在三级医院对县级公立医院的帮扶中推广。

Exploration of the Helping Mode with Modern Hospital Management as the Core in County Hospitals

Since April 2018,Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to the School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Chengmai County People’s Hospital of Hainan Province have formed an alliance hospital to carry out cooperation.Shanghai Xinhua Hospital sends experts in a long,medium and short-term manner to gradually establish a modern hospital management system in the county hospitals,and at the same time promotes the input of advanced medical technology and the output of medical staff for further study and training to help county hospitals.After nearly two years of support from April 2018 to December 2019,the medical operation of the county hospital has developed well,26 items in medical education and research gap of the county hospital have been filled,32 items of medical technology ability have been standardized and improved,and medical service ability has been significantly improved.With the establishment of modern hospital management system as the core,advanced medical technology input and personnel training output for further study as the component,the mode of assistance is an effective way to improve the management ability of county hospitals and continuously improve the medical service ability of county hospitals,which can be popularized in the assistance of hospitals of grade three to county-level public hospitals.
