应变率成像技术在肥厚型心肌病患者局部心肌功能评价中的作用

摘    要:目的应用应变率成像技术评价肥厚型心肌病患者局部心肌的舒缩功能。方法采集肥厚型心肌病患者(HCM组)20例和正常对照组(NOR组)22例的动态组织多普勒图像(TDI)后,分别测量其不同心肌节段在收缩期(S),舒张早期(E)和舒张晚期(A)的应变率值,对两组结果进行分析比较。结果在HCM组,室间隔、左室前壁和下壁各节段心肌的舒张早期峰值应变率(SRe)值显著低于NOR组,而收缩期峰值应变率(SRs)、和舒张晚期峰值应变率(SRa)在各心肌节段与NOR组无统计学差异。结论应变率成像技术可准确地检出肥厚型心肌病患者局部心肌舒缩功能的异常。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the regional systolic and diastolic myocardial function of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM) patients and healthy persons by strain rate(SR)imaging.Methods We collected the tissue Doppler myocardial imaging(TDI) of 20 HCM patients and 22 healthy subjects,then measured the regional SR in the mid and basal segments in systolic,early diastolic and later diastolic period respectively.These data were compared and analyzed.Results In the interventricular septum,anterior and inferior wall of left ventricle,SRes of HCM group were lower than those of the the NOR group significantly,while SRs and SRa showed no statistic difference between these two groups.Conclusions The new echocardiography techniques:SR imaging could accurately detect the abnormal regional myocardial function of HCM patients.
