| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨使用锁定钢板内固定结合早期功能锻炼治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效.方法 对21例肱骨近端骨折患者采用开放复位锁定钢板内固定,配合早期功能锻炼.结果 所有患者均获随访,时间7～20个月.骨折均在3～12个月愈合,按照Neer评分标准进行评价:优17例,良4例.结论 锁定钢板内固定配合早期功能锻炼是治疗肱骨近端骨折较为理想的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of locking compression plate (LCP) with early functional exercise for proximal humeral fracture. Methods 21 cases of proximal humeral fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation by LCP and early functional exercise. Results All cases were followed up for 7~20 months. All fractures were healed in 3~12 months. According to Neer grading system, 17 cases were excellent, and 4 good. Conclusions LCP fixation with early functional exercise is satisfactory for proximal humeral fracture. |
