| 摘 要： | 目的 应用A型肉毒毒素治疗面上部动力性皱纹，观察其治疗反应及疗效。方法 采用A型肉毒毒素多点注射法治疗面上部动力性皱纹。结果 共治疗82例，包括额纹、鱼尾纹、眉间纹、鼻背纹，有效率达100％。结论 A型肉毒毒素多点注射法安全有效、简便易行，对于面上1／3皱纹具有良好的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To treat the patients with Botulinum toxin A for upper 1/3 facial wrinkles and observe the reaction and the effect of the treatment. Methods The botulium toxin A (Botox A) were used to treat upper 1/3 facial wrinkles through multi-point injective methods. Results There are 82 cases under the treatment, which include four kinds of upper 1/3 facial wrinkles. The effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The multi-point injective methods of the Botox A is safe, effective and convenient to treat upper 1/3 facial wrinkles. |
