| 摘 要： | 目的 研究淫阳藿对实验动物免疫、生殖功能的影响。方法 采用常规小鼠负重游泳、免疫器官重量测定及淋巴细胞转化实验等模型。结果 淫阳藿显著延长小鼠在冰水中游泳时间；增加小鼠免疫器官重量及小鼠T淋巴细胞转化率；大鼠交配能力增强、雄性大鼠睾丸重量及血清睾丸酮增加。结论 淫阳藿可明显提高小鼠耐力和应激反应能力，增强小鼠免疫功能，能显著增加未成年大鼠睾丸重量，血清睾丸酮含量，并能显著增强大鼠交配能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Yinanghuo on immunity and reproduction in mice and rat.Methods The effects of immunity were studied by swimming weighting mice and determining the weight of immune organ and changing rat of T-cell in mice.The effects of reproducton were studied by weight of testis and the concent of testostrone in serum in rat.Results Yinyanghuo could prolong swimming time and increase immne organ weight and T-cell changing rat in mice.Yinyanghuo could also increase testis weight and testosterone concent in serum is rat.Conclusion Yinyanghuo could increase immune and reprouctive ability in mice and rat,respectively. |
