摘    要:目的 探讨神经甾体普拉睾酮(DHEA)对老年大鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法 采用跳台试验法与避暗试验检测各组SD大鼠学习记忆功能的变化。结果 结果显示,DHEA能增强老年大鼠的被动逃避能力,逃避潜伏期延长,5min错误次数减少,以中剂量组的学习记忆能力增强最为显著(P〈0.010。记忆保持功能测试中,中剂量组呈现明显的统计学差异(P〈0.05),量效关系呈倒“U”型曲线。结论 DHEA可显著提高老年大鼠的学习记忆及保持能力,DHEA对老年性智能缺损等具有潜在的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)on learning and memory in the aged rats. Methods Step down test and step through test were used to measure the function of learning and memory in the aged rats. Results The ability of step down and step through passive avoidance was markedly increased when DHEA was administrated intraperitoneally.The footshock passive avoidance latency was prolonged and the number of errors in five minutes was greatly decreased( P <0 01).Interestingly,significant enhancement of memory retention was also observed at middle dose of DHEA( P <0 05). Conclusions DHEA could enhance learning and memory ability,and improve the mermory retention in the aged rats.These fingings indicate that DHEA may have potential value for the treatment of senile intelligence disturbance.
