| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨塑化治疗失败的原因及防治措施 ,提高患牙保存时间。方法 :对 85例塑化治疗失败的患牙进行分析 ,研究影响失败的几个因素。结果 :塑化治疗牙最终失败的主要原因有 :修复造成的失败和塑化治疗本身的失败。结论 :选择适当的病例 ,操作方法得当和治疗后的冠修复是提高塑化治疗后牙齿保存时间的有效措施

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the cases of the failure of the resinfying therapy and find the preventing measurement. Methods: Eighty five teeth unsuccessfully treated with resinefying therapy were discussed about the reasons of the failure to find the factors affecting the outcome. Results It was found that the main causes of the failure were the following: prosthetic failures, resinefying failures. Conclusion: Selecting the proper cases and correct treatment and restoration after treatment can greatly lengthen the conservation time of the treated teeth. |
