上海市医院实验室检测解脲脲原体质量分析

摘    要:目的了解上海市各级医院临床实验室泌尿生殖道解脲脲原体(UU)检测情况。方法发放解脲脲原体阳性、干扰菌和阴性泌尿生殖道模拟标本,要求各临床实验室于当日按常规操作进行检测并准时反馈信息。对比结果,进行统计分析。结果三种标本检测结果均符合的单位为39家(31.7%);阴性标本符合单位为123家(100%),阳性标本符合单位为79家(64.2%),干扰菌标本符合单位为50家(40.7%)。结论检测UU的商品化试剂品牌很多,试剂质量参差不齐,给临床正确诊断带来困难。实验室解脲脲原体检验质量有待提高。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the quality status of detection for Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) in clinical laboratories in Shanghai. Methods Three specimens including positive sample,and negative sample and normal urogenital sample as interfering were distributed for each laboratory.The participants were required to detect the samples according to them used examine system and return the results.The data of detection were feedback on time,and compared with the target value of those samples,and to analyze the information. Results There were enrolled 123 clinic laboratories.The concordance rates of results were 100%(123/123) in UU negative sample,64.2%(79/123) in Uu positive sample,40.7%(50/123) in UU interferential sample,respectively.The eligible laboratory of detecting for all these samples was 31.7%(39/123).Conclusion There are many kinds of commercial products for detecting UU,there were many false-negative results for Uu sample,and false-positive for interferent sample.Their quality can not be guaranteed.We are facing the difficulty for offering exact diagnosis.The quality level of detecting Uu should be improved and to decrease misdiagnosis in clinic laboratories.
