葡萄球菌医院感染的耐药性分析

目的了解近年来葡萄球菌医院感染的分布及耐药情况,为病原学调查及临床治疗提供依据. 方法采用Vitek32型全自动细菌分析系统、API鉴定系统对细菌进行鉴定,药敏试验采用K-B纸片扩散法. 结果葡萄球菌的感染占医院病原菌感染的首位;对多种抗生素呈耐药趋势,仅对少数抗生素敏感如:万古霉素、利福平,但也有耐药株出现. 结论及时了解医院葡萄球菌感染的变迁及耐药性的变化,为葡萄球菌感染的治疗提供依据.

Drug Resistance of Clinical Isolated Staphylococcus

OBJECTIVETo explore the chan ges in mobility of staphylococcus and its drug resistance for further etiology investigation and clinical treatment. METHODS The results of clinical culture were identified by VITEK32 bacteria analysis s ystem. The K-B antibacterial disk susceptibility test was used as drug resista nce test. RESULTSStaphylococcus was in the first place in hospital infection. The drug-resistance rates of staphylococcus to antibacterials were low, except vancomycin and rifampicin.CONCLUSIONSThe results are helpful in study of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance characteristics in staphylococcus infection.
