椎间盘植骨融合与横突间植骨融合在脊柱内固定术中的应用

目的比较椎间植骨融合与横突间植骨融合在脊柱内固定术中的应用。方法回顾2001-2006年66例脊柱内固定术及滑脱复位术中应用椎体间及横突间植骨融合术。结果随访6～36个月,椎间植骨融合率为94%,横突间植骨融合率86%。结论横突间植骨融合,手术时间短,出血少,避免神经根牵拉损伤,减少根动脉及椎外静脉丛的损伤,获得了较好的融合率。

Comparision of Centrum Bone Grafting and Transeverse Process Grafting Fusion in Spinal Internal Fixation

Objective To compare the value of using sping intervettebral body fusion and intertransverse bone grafting in the operation of spinal fusion and fixation.Methods From 2001 to 2006,66 cases undergone spondylolisthesis fusion and fixation were divided into two groups.Cases were treated with intervertebral body fusion,cases with intertransverse.Results The follow-up period ranged from 3 to 36 months,intervertebral body fusion rate was 94% while intervertebral body fusion rate was 86%.Conclusion Comparing with intertransverse bone grafting,intervertebral body fusion has the advantages of shorter operation time,less bleeding,reducing the injury of root artery and outer-vertebra venous plexus and higher fusion rate.
