从民族医药的特点，地位和作用出发，结合目前面临的机遇和挑战，探讨民族医药研究的发展思路。认为应以市场为导向，重点研究民族医药的特色与优势，在继承的基础上，利用现代科学技术跨学科联合研究，并通过建立信息数字化网络体系，制定科学规范的评价标准和技术标准，不断丰富和完善临床医疗体系和理论体系，促进民族医药的跨越式发展。

Research Thoughts for Promoting the Development of Traditional Minority Medicine

From the viewpoint of nature,status and function,as well as the current opportunity and challenge of minority medicine,this paper presents some thoughts concerning the development of the minority medicine.It is argued that the development of minority medicine should be orientated on the basis of market and featured by its uniqueness and advantages;that modern techniques should also be used together with knowledge in other disciplines to establish information digitized network system,and make scientific assessment and technique criteria,as a result,to enrich and improve clinical and theoretical system,and hence to promote the development of minority medicine.
