| 摘 要： | 目的了解院内耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）的感染状况。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,对临床送检的细菌培养标本进行培养、鉴定和药敏试验,对经病原学鉴定为MRSA的感染患者进行动态追踪监测,及时采取消毒隔离等干预性监控措施。结果经鉴定后MRSA感染48例,MRSA对万古霉素敏感率100%、红霉素耐药率95.83%、左氧氟沙星耐药率85.42%。干预前环境中MRSA阳性检出率为44.32%,干预后环境中MR-SA的阳性检出率为4.35%（P〈0.01）。结论科室出现MRSA感染患者,医院感染监控科加强医院感染前瞻性监测,及时采取消毒隔离的干预性措施,能够有效避免MRSA感染病例的暴发与流行。
