| 摘 要： | 目的:观察胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病患者短期强化治疗中的疗效,探讨胰岛素泵使用过程中的护理问题.方法:32例2型糖尿病患者行CSII治疗.结果:胰岛素泵疗效好、低血糖发生率低.结论:加强护理是安全有效、简便可靠的手段.

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the efficacy of continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin（CSII） on patients with type 2 diabetes , and to investigate the issues of nursing care. Methods：Hospitalized type 2 diabetic patients were randomly assigned to CSII . Resuhs：CSII has lower hypoglycaemia incidence rate.Concluslon：Nursing care was very important. |
