| 摘 要： | 目的:优选四君子胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计,以高效液相色谱法测定提取液中人参皂苷Rg1的含量,及浸膏得率为指标,优选四君子胶囊的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为8倍量的水浸泡30min,提取2次,每次3h。结论:该提取工艺稳定,安全,简便易行。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the optimal extraction process of Sijunzi capsules. Methods： The con- tent of ginsenoside Rgl and dry extractive material taken were set as indexes for Orthogonal test. Results： The optimum extraction conditions were 8 times water soak for 30min, extract twice and 3h each time. Conclusion： The optimum process of Sijunzi capsules is simple, stable and effective. |
