一种改进关联分析方法及其在药物分析试验设计中的应用

目的:试验设计是数理统计方法在药物分析学中应用比较成熟的领域,近几年来灰色关联分析方法被广泛应用于药物分析试验设计,但传统的灰色关联分析方法本身存在一定的缺陷,因此,提出一种新的改进关联分析方法来进行药物分析的试验设计。方法:通过分析和比较现有几种常用关联分析方法,构建一种既考虑因素序列关联度存在负值又兼顾序列差异性的综合算法。结果:通过实例分析,发现改进后的关联分析方法能够如实地反映药物分析数据中的客观事实。结论:本研究提出的改进关联分析方法能够为药物分析领域的试验设计提一种更为有效的数据分析方法,同时,也可以应用于社会、经济、工程、教育等其他各个领域。

An Improved Grey Correlation Analysis Method and Its Application to Experiment Design of Pharmaceutical Analysis

Objective： Pharmacy Experiment Design is the fairly mature ambit of Pharmaceutical Analy- sis, where mathematical statistics is used, and Grey Correlation Analysis Method is widely applied to Experi- ment Design of Pharmaceutical Analysis. We put forward an improved Grey Correlation Analysis Method and applied it to Pharmaceutical Analysis, owing to the defects in traditional method. Methods. By comparative analysis on some kinds of existing and popular Grey Correlation Analysis Methods, we set up a new Grey Correlation Algorithm, Which satisfied both minus grey relational grades and the diversity of sequences. Re- sult： The eases study showed that the Improved Grey Correlation Analysis Method could give a true picture of the objective data in Pharmaceutical Analysis. Conclusion. The Improved Grey Correlation Analysis Meth- od would provide more effective way for Experiment Design of Pharmaceutical Analysis. Moreover, it also could be made use of other research areas like sociology, economics, engineering, pedagogy and so on.
