摘    要:目的:探讨优质护理服务在肿瘤患者中心静脉置管护理方面的应用效果.方法:选择2009年2~12月100例中心静脉置管的肿瘤患者为对照组,实施常规整体护理模式;选择2010年3~12月100例中心静脉置管的肿瘤患者为观察组,实施优质服务护理模式;比较两组患者置管并发症、患者家属满意度、导管维护知识掌握程度.结果:观察组置管并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.01),患者满意度、导管维护知识掌握程度方面明显高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:实施优质服务后,能减少置管并发症,延长导管维护时间,达到置管效果,更好地应用于临床,提高患者的生活质量和满意度,同时提高了护士工作的主动性及专业水平.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of high quality nursing service on cancer patients with PICC.Methods: 100 cancer patients who received PICC from February to December 2009 were taken as control group and routine holistic nursing model was implemented;other 100 cancer patients receiving PICC from March to December 2010 were taken as observation group and high quality nursing service was applied to the patients in this group.The complications of PICC,satisfaction of the patients and their families,the command of knowledge of catheter maintenance were compared between the two groups.Results: The complications of PICC were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01);the patient’s satisfaction and knowledge level of catheter maintenance were obviously higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The implementation of high quality nursing service can reduce the complications of PICC,prolong the time of catheter maintenance,improve the patients’ quality of life and satisfaction as well as the nurses’ working initiative and professional level.
