| 摘 要： | 目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定药用辅料麦芽糖的含量.方法 采用氨基键合硅胶柱,以乙腈-水(75:25)为流动相,使用示差折光检测器.结果 在2 ～ 16mg/ml范围内线性关系良好.平均回收率为100.5％,RSD为0.19％.结论 高效液相色谱法测定药用辅料麦芽糖的含量,操作简便、结果准确.

| Abstract: | Objective A HPLC method was established for the determination of maltose . Methods h NH2 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（75 ： 25） The differential refractive index detector was used. calibration curve was Results The linear in the range of 2-16mg/ recovery was 100 ml. The average 5% with RSD of 0.19%. Conclusion It is a simple and accurate and reliable method of measuring the assay of Maltose of Pharmaceutical Excipients. |
