生活技能及社交技能训练对恢复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

目的:探讨生活技能与社交基本技能训练对恢复期精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响.方法:将64例精神分裂症康复患者随机分为研究组和对照组各32例,对两组进行为期6个月的随访,随访过程中对照组仅提供单纯的药物巩固治疗指导,研究组由随访人员与家属及患者共同制订适合各自的个体康复计划,并应用"简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)"和"社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)"分别于随访前及随访3个月、6个月分别评定两组患者的精神症状和社会功能.结果:随访3个月、6个月研究组BPRS、SDSS评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:对康复期精神分裂症患者实施生活技能与社交基本技能训练,有利于提高患者生活和社交能力,对促进他们回归社会具有积极的意义.

Effect of the training on life and communication skills on the recovery of social function of schizophrenic patients in the period of convalescence

Objective: To explore the effect of the training on life and communication skills on the recovery of social function of schizophrenic patients in the period of convalescence.Methods: 64 schizophrenic patients in the period of convalescence were randomly divided into a study group and a control group(32 cases in each group).6-month follow-up was conducted and only consolidation therapy guidance was given to the patients during follow-up in the control group;the individualized rehabilitation program was developed by medical personnel,patients and their families together in the study group.Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and Social Disability Screening Scale(SDSS) were used to assess the psychiatric symptoms and social function of the patients in both groups respectively in 3 and 6 months after follow-up and before follow-up.Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of BPRS and SDSS scores in 3 and 6 months after follow-up between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: The training on life and communication skills applied to schizophrenic patients in the period of convalescence can improve the patient’s life ability and communication skills,which has the positive significance in facilitating them return to society.
