摘    要:目的 研究目标剂量酒石酸美托洛尔对老年慢性心力衰竭患者气道阻力的影响.方法 对20例老年慢性心力衰竭患者在常规心衰治疗基础上加用酒石酸美托洛尔,从极低剂量开始,逐渐加量至靶剂量.在增加剂量过程中,应用美国JAEGER TOENNIES体容积描计仪随访患者肺功能指标,主要指标包括SR eff、Reff、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF.结果 20例慢性心衰患者在早期小剂量增加酒石酸美托洛尔过程中出现SR eff升高(P〈0.05);服药至目标剂量后SR eft与服药前SR eff无变化(P〉0.05);维持服用目标剂量酒石酸美托洛尔〉1个月后的SR eff较服药前SR eff有下降趋势.结论老年慢性心衰患者服用目标剂量的酒石酸美托洛尔不会增加气道阻力.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of metoprolol tartrate at the maximum target doses on airway resistance in elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods 20 cases were treated with metoprolol tartrate in addition to routine medication. Metoprolol tartrate was initiated at a very low-dose and was titrated up to target-dose. Outcomes me- asured by body plethysmography (JAEGER TOENNIES ) were the changes in SR eft, R eft, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PEF from baseline. Results SR eft increased in the early stage with low-dose metoprolol tartrate from baseline (P〈 0.05); SR eft at target-dose had no change compared with SR eff at baseline (P〉0.05); SR eft presented to decline from baseline after 1 month with target-dose metoprolol tartrate. Conclusion Target-dose metoprolol tartrate has no effect on airway resistance in elderly patients with CHF.
