腹股沟疝修补术围手术期抗菌药物使用的合理性评价

目的 了解I类切口疝修补术手术预防性使用抗菌药物情况,为加强抗菌药物的合理使用和规范管理提供依据.方法 随机抽查2010年6-12月本院普外科出院的80例疝修补术患者住院病历,对抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析.结果 I类切口疝修补手术预防用药率为100％；使用的抗菌药物品种为头孢唑啉和克林霉素；使用时间为1～5 d,平均3.2 d,用药时间小于24h为8例(10.0％)；术前30 min至2 h 100％预防使用抗菌药物.结论 I类切口疝修补术手术预防用药存在使用率高及用药时间过长等问题,应进一步规范管理,以促进抗菌药物的合理使用.

Application of antibiotics in patients with herniorrhaphy in perioperative period

Objective To study the situation of application of antibiotics for patients with herniorrhaphy in perioperative period to provide evidence for enhancing the rational use and standardized management of antibiotics. Methods Totally 80 cases of patients with herniorrhaphy from Jan. to Dec. in 2010 received retrospective investigation. The investigation content was input into the computer and taken pooled analysis on the data. Results Usage rate of antibiotics in 80 cases in perioperative period was 100%. The antimicrobial drug used were cefazolin and clindamycin. Using time ranged from 1 to 10 days, with the average time of 3.2 days. Used for less than 1 day were found in 8 cases (10%). The patients started antibiotic administration within 0.5-2 hours before operation was accounted for 100%. Conclusions There are some problems existed in application of antibacterial drugs in type Ⅰincision operation during perioperative period,such as high usage of antibacterial drugs, and excess time of antibiotic application and so on. It is necessary to pay attention to the main point as well as strengthen the management and improve the application of antibacterial drugs.
