美学原理在护理临床见习带教中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨美学原理在护理临床见习带教中的应用效果。方法:将南华大学护理学院2007级130名护理本科学生设为实验组,进行1个学期护理美学的培训,教材以《护理美学》为蓝本,由教师结合临床做适当调整,并在临床护理见习带教中加入美学带教;2006级130名护理本科生设为对照组,采用传统教学方法。在两组护生见习末期,采取问卷调查进行带教老师对学生满意度评价、患者对学生满意度评价、学生自我评价等方式评估护理见习改革后的效果。结果:实验组患者对学生满意度和老师对学生满意度较对照组明显提高(P<0.05);护生对美学价值取向的自我评价较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:将美学原理引入临床见习带教中,能有效提高护生的美学素养,促进护生非语言沟通能力,构建和谐的护患关系。

Application of aesthetic principles in the teaching of clinical nursing practice

Abstract:Objective: To explore the application of aesthetic principles in the teaching of clinical nursing practice.Methods: 130 nursing undergraduates,enrolled in 2007,of Nursing Faculty of Nanhua University were taken as experimental group and the students received aesthetic training of a whole semester.The teachers taught them with "Nursing Aesthetics" and made appropriate adjustments in their teaching of clinical nursing practice;other 130 nursing undergraduates who were enrolled in 2006 were taken as control group and the teachers used the traditional teaching method in the teaching of clinical nursing practice.The questionnaire survey was conducted at the end of nursing practice.The teaching results were assessed through the evaluation of the teachers,patients and the students themselves.Results: The teacher’s and patient’s satisfaction with the students was significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05);the self-evaluation of the students on their aesthetic value orientation was markedly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The aesthetic principles introduced in the teaching of clinical nursing practice can effectively improve the students ’ aesthetic quality,promote their non-language communication ability and establish the harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
