重度颅脑损伤亚低温治疗的疗效分析

目的探讨重度颅脑损伤亚低温治疗的临床疗效。方法对于2005年1月至2006年6月收治的58例重型颅脑损伤患者在常规治疗的基础上采用亚低温治疗，作为治疗组，随机抽取2002年7月至2003年7月期间常规治疗的58例重型颅脑损伤患者，作为对照组，与之比较，并对两组中的原发性脑干损伤患者的疗效进行对比分析。结果低温组和对照组的颅内压、血糖、心率和死亡率有显著性差异。结论两组颅内压，控制伤后早期高血糖，对原发性脑干损伤有明显的治疗效果，可提高生存率。

Analysis of clinical curative effect on patients with severe brain injury

Objective To investigate clinical effect of mild hypothennia on patients with servere brain injury. Methods The hypothermic group were made up of 58 patients with severe brain injury from 2005.1 to 2006.6 and the comtrol group were consisted of 58 patients with severe brain injury who was randomly abstracted from 2002.7 to 2003.7 The fromer were treated with hypothermia in addition to conventional treatment and the other were administered. To routine treatment. Contrast analysis were performed between the two groups and the prognosis of the patients with primary Brain Stem injury during the two groups were evaluated respectively. Results There were significant difference between mild hypothermal group and control group on intracranial pressure（ICP）, blood glucose, heart rate, the death rate and so on. Conclusion Mild hypothermia can reduce the mortality, decline ICP, inhibit high glucose during the prime period of severe head injury. It can acquire obvious curative effects on patients with primary brain stem injury and increase the cure rate.
