1315例乙肝前S1抗原与乙肝HBeAg关系

目的分析乙型肝炎病毒携带者及患者的血清前S1抗原（PreS1）与乙肝e抗原（HBeAg）的关系，评价PreS1的临床检测意义。方法筛选1315例门诊和住院治疗的乙型肝炎病毒携带者及患者的血清，采用ELISA法检测PreS1和HBV—M，并对HBeAg检测结果和PreS1检测结果不一致的样本，进一步进行HBV—DNA检测。结果HBsAg阳性标本中，PreS1阳性率为63．5％（835／1315），明显高于HBeAg的阳性率29．3％（385／1315），表明在HBV携带及患病者中，存在着较高的病毒复制。结论PreS1检测比乙肝五项尤其是HBeAg更能反映其体内HBV病毒的复制情况，具有非常重要的临床价值。PreS1作为检测体内病毒存在及繁殖情况的实验室指标，与HBV—M联合检测，对HBV感染者的早期诊断及治疗效果的动态观察具有重要意义。

Clinical analysis on the relationship between PreS1 and HBeAg of 1315 cases

Objective To analyze relationship between PreSl and HBeAg on hepatitis B virus carriers and patients. Methods Screening of 1315 cases of chronic hepatitis B virus carriers and patients with serum,the plasma levels of PreSl and HBV - M were examined by ELISA, HBV - DNA was examined if the monitoring result of PreS1 inconsistency with HBeAg. Results With the HBsAg positive serum,the positive rate of PreS1 were 63.5% （835/1315）, much bighter than the HBeAg positive of 29.3% （385/1315 ）. It shows that the virus replication was higher on hepatitis B virus carriers and patients ,and PreSl can accurately reflect the condition of virus replication. Concultion PreS1 can accurately reflect the condition of virus replication, it possess a very important clinical significance.
