血清IL-8、IL-10的浓度变化与冠心病的关系

目的探讨白介素-8（IL-8）与白介素-10（IL-10）在不稳定型心绞痛及急性心肌梗死患者血清中的变化规律。方法检测不稳定型心绞痛、急性-t3肌梗死患者及正常对照者各30例血中IL-8、IL-10浓度并进行比较。结果不稳定型心绞痛组、急性心肌梗死组及正常对照组患者血中IL-8分别为（156．9±44．2）pg／ml、（171．3±49．6）pg／ml和（68．9±43．3）pg／ml，不稳定型心绞痛组及急性心肌梗死组高于正常对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01），不稳定型心绞痛组与急性心肌梗死组无明显差异。不稳定型心绞痛组、急性心肌梗死组及正常对照组血中IL-10分别为（178．5±54．5）pg／ml、（234．8±79．8）pg/ml、（59．3±21．6）pg／ml，不稳定型心绞痛组及急性心肌梗死组高于正常对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01），不稳定型心绞痛组与急性心肌梗死组无明显差异。结论IL-8、IL-10可能参与了冠心病的发生发展，其血清浓度的显著升高可能与动脉粥样斑块的不稳定相关。

The relationship between the changed concentration of IL - 8 and IL - 10 and coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the changed rule of interleukin -8（IL -8） and interleukin -10（IL- 10） in tb, patients with unstable angina pectoris or with acute myocardial infarction. Methods The concentrations of IL - 8 and IL - 1L were measured in 30 patients with unstable angina pectoris and 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction, compared with 30 cases in healthy control group. Results The concentrations of IL - 8 in the groups of unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction were （ 156.9 ±44.2 ） pg/ml and （ 171.3 ± 49.6 ） pg/ml respectively, higher than that in the group of healthy control group which was （68.9 ±43.3） pg/ml（P 〈0.01 ）. Moreover, the concertration of serum IL - 10 in the groups of unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction were （ 178.5 ±54.5 ） pg/ml and （ 234.8±79.8 ） pg/ml respectively, higher than that in the group of healthy control group which was （59.3 ± 21.6 ） pg/ml（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The concentrations of serum IL -8 and IL - 10 in the patients with unstable angina pectoris or with acute myocardial infarction were higher than healthy people.
