超声检查在急腹症的应用价值

目的探讨超声检查对急腹症的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析947例急腹症的超声表现并与手术病理、随访结果进行对照。结果947例急腹症中以异位妊娠、泌尿系结石，急性胆囊炎常见，共674例，占71.2％，经手术和病理证实607例，225例临床随访证实。超声符合率92.2％。结论超声对各类急腹症能快捷检查，动态观察，具有很高的诊断价值，值得临床应用。

The value of ultrasound in diagnosis of acute abdomen

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound in diagnosiso facute abdomen. Methods The ultrasono graphic features of 947 cases were analyzed retrospectively, and compared with pathology and clinical follow - up resuits. Results In 947 cases,ectopic pregnancy, urinary system calculus, acute cholecystitis, occuping 71.2% （674/947）. 607 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology. 225 cases were comfirmed by clinical follow - up. The uhrasonographic diagnosis has been 92.2% accordance to clinical diagnosis. Conclusion Ultrasonography plays an imprtant role in diagnosis of acute abdomen, and it is the first choice of diagnosis method in most acute abdomen cases.
