膝关节外侧盘状半月板的关节镜下手术治疗

目的介绍膝关节外侧盘状半月板的关节镜下手术治疗的方法及其疗效。方法2001～2007年笔者共完成45例49膝的膝关节外侧盘状半月板关节镜下手术。手术采用常规髌下前内侧（AM）和前外侧（AL）关节镜入路，根据盘状半月板损伤的情况进行半月板全切或成型术，其中成型术8膝，全切次全切41例。结果45例患者中3例失访，其余患者术后随访6～84个月。手术前后采用Lysholm评分，手术前Lysholm评分平均为55分（40-71分），半年随访时93分（88～98分）。结论关节镜技术治疗盘状半月板损伤创伤小，术中能精确切除失稳破裂的半月板组织，术后患者恢复快，疗效佳。

The arthroscopy operative treatment to discoid lateral meniscus of knee

Objective To introduce the clinical methods and the effect of the arthroscopy operative treatment of discoid lateral meniscus of knee. Methods We conducted 49 knee arthroseopy surgeries of discoid lateral meniscus of knee in 45 patients. During the operations, routine arthroscopy anterior medial and anterior lateral operative approaches were made, and the author carried out meniscoplasty in 8 knees and meniscectomy in 41 knees according to the injury situation of the discoid lateral meniscus. Results 3 out of the 45 patients were out of contact, and the rest were graded with mean of 55 （40 - 71 ） before operations and 93 （88 - 98 ） in the follow - up examination with Lysholm knee scoring scale after half a year. Conclusion The arthroscopy operative treatment can precisely remove instable meniscus and minimize the injury of the Side effects. After operations, patients will recover soon with excellent healing effect.
