小剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病慢性心衰

目的观察小剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法将60例老年冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者随机分成治疗组（n=30）和对照组（n=30），两组均常规行抗心衰治疗，治疗组在此基础上121服阿托伐他汀10mg／d连续12周。观察用药前后临床症状和体征、心功能分级、6min步行距离（6MWD）测定、左室射血分数（LVEF）、血浆总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05），6min步行距离、LVEF显著改善，且优于对照组（P〈0.05），治疗组治疗前后TC、LDL-C水平明显下降（P〈0.05），未见明显不良反应。结论小剂量阿伐他汀治疗老年冠心病心力衰竭有效。

Low - dose atorvastatin in medical treatment of coronary heart disease in elderly heart failure

Objective Clinical observation of low - dose atorvastatin in medical treatment of coronary heart disease in elderly heart failure. Methods 60 selected individuals suffering from indicoronary heart disease in elderly heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 30） and comparison group （ n = 30）. Both of the groups were given conventional treatment of anti -heart failure, on the basis of which atorvastatin were added by oral taking of the treatment group, 10 mg/d for 12 weeks. Then the observation before and after medication included clinical symptoms, cardiac function, six - minutes walk- ing distance（6MWD）, Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction（ LVEF）, Plasma total Cholesterol（TC）, Low -density Lipoprotein Cholesterol（ LDL - C）. Results The total effective rate of treatment group were higher than the comparison group. 6MWD and LVEF significantly improved, which were better than comparison group （P〈0.05）. TC and LDL- C of trea-tment group significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Simuhaneously, there was no obvious adverse reaction in clinical observation. Conclusion Low - dose atorvastatin is effective in medical treatment of coronary heart disease in elderly heart failure.
