陆军某特种大队自救互救培训现状与需求的调查研究

目的了解某特种大队官兵自救互救的培训现状与需求,为进一步开展针对性、系统性的培训提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,按建制营采用整群抽样的方法,对某集团军特种大队的190名官兵进行问卷调查。结果对现代战争特点,核、化学、生物武器及新概念武器的了解情况,干部、士官、普通战士三者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而对自救互救5项技术的了解情况,干部显著好于士官及普通战士(P<0.01);官兵的心理辅导引起了部队的重视,但野战救护技能受训率低;野外生存、自救互救、心理调适、训练伤防护是官兵最期望的培训内容;实训模拟与技术操作训练是官兵所期待的培训方式,军队院校和军队院校教师分别是官兵首选的培训场所与培训师资。结论应结合培训需求,科学地设置训练内容并选择恰当的培训方式,加强军队院校与部队的教育合作,全面提高官兵的生存打赢能力。

A survey of the current situation and demands of first aid training in a special force of land army

Objective To identify the current situation and demands of first aid training,and provide basis for further systematic training program in a special force of land army.Methods 190 officers and soldiers were recruited in the study by the method of cluster sampling and were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results There was no significant difference among officers,petty officers and soldiers in the knowledge about the characteristics of modern battle,nuclear weapons and other neo-concept weapons(P>0.05).But the officers' knowledge about the five basic first aid techniques was significantly better than petty officers and soldiers(P<0.01).The psychological instruction was regarded more important than first aid techniques training.The officers and soldiers expected to receive the training of field survival skills,first aid techniques,psychological adjustment and injury safeguard.The training means they preferred were drilling and skill practice.Military universities and military academic teachers were regarded as the better training setting and supply of teachers.Conclusions It is necessary to design the contents and means of training scientifically according to the training demands,strengthen the collaboration of military universities and armies,and improve the officers' and soldiers' survive-win competence.
