银葛清解汤治疗肺卫风热型小儿外感发热60例临床研究

目的观察银葛清解汤治疗肺卫风热型小儿外感发热的临床疗效。方法将90例小儿外感发热患儿按随机数字表法随机分为2组，治疗组60例口服银葛清解汤，对照组30例口服小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒。治疗3d后观察疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93．3％和73．3％，2组总有效率比较，差异有高度统计意义（P〈0．01）；治疗组的退热效果更明显且持久。结论银葛清解汤是治疗小儿外感发热的有效专方，可作为治疗小儿外感发热的院内中药制剂。

Clinical study on Yingeqingjie Decoction in treating 60 cases of exogenous pediatric fever of wind and heat in lung and wei syndome

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yingeqingjie Decoction in treating exogenous fever of wind and heat in lung and wei syndrome. Methods 90 patients were randomized into two groups, the treatment group（60 cases） was given Yingeqingjie Decoction, while the control group（30 cases） was given infantile Anfenhuangnamin granules. The clinical effect was observed three days later. Results The total effective rate of Yingeqingjie Decoction group and the control group were 93.33% and 73.33% respectively, with a significant difference between 2 groups （ P〈0.01 ）. Yingeqingjie Decoction had more obvious effect in bringing down the fever and kept it down for a longer time. Conclusion Yingeqingjie Decoction is effective for infantile exogenous fever, can be transformed into a traditional Chinese medicine preparation used in the hospital.
