| 摘 要： | 赵历军教授认为小儿过敏性紫癜是小儿“稚阴稚阳”的体质特点和外邪入侵共同作用而发病，病机在于“热、虚、瘀”，治疗上根据不同时期清热解毒、凉血止血、健脾益气各有侧重，同时注重调理小儿正气，增强小儿体质。

| Abstract: | Professor Zhao Lijun thinks that infantile allergic purpura is due to the physical characteristics of childish yin and yang and invasion from outside evilness. The pathogenesis lies in heat, deficiency and stasis. The treatment includes heat-clearing and detoxifying, cooling blood to stop outflowing blood, invigorating spleen and supplementing qi according to the stage of the disease. At the same time, children ＇ s vital qi should be regulated to strengthen their body. |
