菌栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察菌栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿病理性黄疸的临床疗效。方法将72例新生儿病理性黄疸患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组口服双歧杆菌四联活菌片,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服菌栀黄颗粒,6d后统计2组患儿的临床疗效及血清胆红素浓度变化。结果对照组总有效率为86.11%,治疗组为100.00%,二者比较差异有统计意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组72h胆红素下降值、日均胆红素下降值、胆红素降至102.6μmol/L以下所需天数均优于对照组,二者比较差异有统计意义(P〈0.05)。结论菌栀黄颗粒治疗新生儿病理性黄疸疗效好,值得临床应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang Granule in treating neonatal pathologicaljaundice. Methods 72 cases of neonatal pathological jaundice were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Control group was given oral Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets, the treatment group based on the control group treatment was given Yinzhihuang Granule. 6 days after, clinical curative effect and the changes of serum bilirubin concentrations were statistically calculated. Results The total effective rate of control group was 86.11%, the total efficiency of treatment group was 100.00%, Zhere was statistical difference ( P〈0.05 ). Decreased bilirubin value after 72 hours , average decreased value of bilirubin , days that bilirubin decreased to 102.6 μmol/L of treatment group were better than that of control group ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion Yinzhihuang Granule can get good effect in treating neonatal pathological jaundice, worthy of clinical application.
