热毒宁注射液联合肾上腺素雾化吸入佐治小儿毛细支气管炎63例

摘    要:目的观察并探讨热毒宁注射液联合肾上腺素雾化吸入佐治小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将收治的120例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,2组均给予常规对症治疗,对照组在此基础上通过氧气驱动雾化吸入小剂量肾上腺素,观察组联合吸入热毒宁注射液与肾上腺素混悬液,治疗72h后,检测2组血气指标、气道炎性指标并对比临床疗效。结果观察组患儿治疗指标改善程度优于对照组(P〈0.05),观察组患儿总有效率高于对照组(P〈0.05),2组药物不良反应差异无统计意义(P〉0.05)。结论氧气驱动雾化吸入热毒宁联合肾上腺素混悬液佐治小儿毛细支气管炎,能有效控制气道炎症,改善换气功能,提高临床治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe clinical curative effect of Reduning injection combined with epinephrine inhalation in treating children with bronchiolitis. Methods Bronchiolitis cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 2 groups were given routine symptomatic treatment. Control group was given oxygen driven inhalation of small dose of epinephrine, observation group inhaled Reduning injection and adrenaline suspension. After 72 hours, 2 groups of blood gas index, airway inflammatory markers and clinical curative effect were compared. Results Observation group improved better than control group in the indexes ( P〈0.05 ). The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). There was no statistic difference in side effects of the 2 groups ( P〉0.05 ). Conclusion Oxygen atomizing inhalation of Reduning combined with epinephrine suspension can effectively control the airway inflammation, improve ventilation function, improve the clinical effect in treating pediatric bronchiolitis.
