疏血通注射液治疗急性心肌梗死的临床观察及护理

目的：总结疏血通注射液治疗急性心肌梗死的护理经验。方法：选取2007年6月-2008年6月在我院确诊的急性心肌梗死患者86例，将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组采用常规治疗；治疗组在常规的基础上加用疏血通注射液4ml加入0．9％氯化钠注射液250ml中静脉输注，每天1次，疗程为2周，使用前应熟悉药物的作用机制，正确使用，治疗期间严密观察病人的症状、体征及不良反应，及时对症处理。结果：治疗组使用后心脏事件发生例数较对照组下降，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：在严密的监护下，合理的用药和护理，疗效显著，减少了恶性心脏事件的发生率。

Nursing and clinical observation during the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with Shu Xue Tong injection

Objective： To sum up the nursing experience when treat acute myocardial infarction （AMI） with Shu Xue Tong injection. Methods： 86 patients diagnosed as AMI in our hospital from June 2007 to June 2008 were randomized into treatment group and cantrol group. Patients in the control group received routine treatment, while in the treatment group patients also received 2 weeks of Shu Xue Tong injection therapy besides the routine treatment, in which 4ml Shu Xue Tong injection diluted with 250ml normal saline was used once a day. Carefully learn the action mechanism of the medicine before treatment, use it in the right way, observe the symptoms, physical signs and adverse reaction closely, and treat them in time. Results： Treatment group has a lower incidence of Cardiac events, comparing with control group （p〈0.05）. Conclusian： Rational medication and nursing under intensive care has significantly reduced the incidence of malignant cardiac, events.
