宫颈炎康栓治疗中重度宫颈糜烂疗效观察

目的了解宫颈炎康栓治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法对全国11个省15家计生服务站1244例中、重度宫颈糜烂患者采用宫颈炎康栓治疗,3个疗程后(共30枚栓剂,每2天1枚)观察治疗结果,进行疗效分析。结果中度、重度糜烂3个疗程合计痊愈率分别为97.11%、92.88%,合计总有效率分别为99.88%、99.21%;单纯型、颗粒型用药3个疗程合计痊愈率分别为99.12%、97.15%,合计总有效率分别为99.78%、99.29%;乳突型糜烂2个疗程合计痊愈率为22.64%,合计总有效率为96.23%。结论宫颈炎康栓治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂具有较好疗效,尤其是单纯型、颗粒型宫颈糜烂。

Clinical Effects of Gongjingyankang Suppository for the Treatment of Moderate or Severe Cervical Erosion

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Gongjingyankang Suppository for the treatment of moderate or severe cervical erosion (CE). Methods: 1244 patients suffered moderate or severe CE were treated with Gongjingyankang Suppository, and after 3 courses of treatment (30 suppositories, 1 suppositories for 2 days) the total cure rates and total overall effective rates were analyzed. Results: The total cure rates for moderate CE and severe CE were 97.11% and 92.88%. The total overall effective rates for moderate CE and severe CE were 99.88% and 99.21%, respectively. The total cure rates for simple erosion and for granular erosion were 99.12% and 97.15%, respectively, and the total overall effective rates were 99.78% and 99.29%, respectively, after 3 courses of treatment. The total cure rate and overall effective rate for papillary erosion were 22.64% and 96.23%, respectively, after 2 courses of treatment. Conclusion: Gongjingyankang Suppository is effective for the treatment of moderate or severe CE, especially for simple erosion and granular erosion.
