| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨 B超引导下经皮穿刺治疗肾囊肿的疗效。方法 1988年 10月～ 2 0 0 3年 10月在 B超引导下穿刺注入无水乙醇进行硬化治疗肾囊肿 74 8例。其中包括肾盂旁囊肿 2 5例。结果 74 8例肾囊肿患者均获得穿刺成功 ,术后随访 1个月～ 2年 ,治愈率 99.2 % (74 2 / 74 8) ,有效率 10 0 %。结论 在 B超引导下经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇硬化治疗肾囊肿 ,方法简便易行 ,并发症少 ,疗效确切 ,可作为肾囊肿的首选治疗方法

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects on ultrasound guidence for treatment of renal cysts.Methods Renal cysts in 748 cases including 723 cases with renal cysts and 25 cases with renal peripelvic cysts were treated.Anhydrous ethanol was injected into the cysts for sclerosis under the ultrasound guidance for percutaneous puncture procedures.All the 748 cases were punctured successfully and followed up 1 month to 2 years.Results The currative rate was 99.2% (742/748)and the effective rate was 100%.Conclusions This method is easy to practise with less complications and good effects.Therefore,it can be chosen as the first selection for Renal cyst diagnosis and treatment. |
