摘    要:目的:探讨p27^kip1在膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中的表达及其与肿瘤细胞增殖之间的关系。方法:应用鼠抗人p27^kip1和Ki-67单克隆抗体对65例BTCC和12例正常黏膜进行免疫组化S-P法染色。结果:p27^kip1在BTCC中表达随着临床分期和病理分级的增高而降低(P<0.05),有淋巴结转移组明显低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。p27^kip1阳性表达率与Ki-67呈负相关。结论:p27^kip1对BTCC的分化、增殖、浸润和转移可能起抑制作用。检测BTCC组织中p27^kip1和Ki-67蛋白表达对评价BTCC的生物学行为和判断预后具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of cell cycle modulation gene p27 kip1 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC) and to evalue its relationship with tumour cell proliferation.Methods With immunohistochemitry assay,mouse anti human p27 kip1 and Ki-67 monoclonal antibodys were used to examine the expression of p27 kip1 and Ki-67 in 65 cases of BTCC and 12 cases of normal bladder tissue.Results There was a negative correlation between p27 kip1 expression and clinical stage,pathological grade,lymphoid node metastasis of BTCC( P <0.05) and Ki-67 expression( P <0.01).Conclusion p27 kip1 may play a role in inhibition of the differentiation,proliferation,infiltration and metastasis of BTCC,and the examination of p27 kip1 and Ki-67 expression in BTCC may have an important significance to judge its prognosis and biological behavior.
