摘    要:目的:用诱发电位学方法评价联合应用预变性周围神经移植(PPNG)和神经生长因子(NGF)治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)的作用。方法:将50只S-D大鼠分为5组,A组为PPNG和NGF组;B组为PPNG组;C组为NGF组;D组为单纯损伤组;E组为正常对照组。各组动物分别在手术后即刻、术后第1、4、8周诱发电位学检查,测量并比较各组的N1波幅值及N1波潜伏期。结果:术后8周,N1波幅值:A、E组N1波波幅比B、C组大;N1波潜伏期:A组较B、C组短,有显著性差异。结论:诱发电位学观察结果表明联合应用PPNG及NGF可明显促进SCI后的再生。

Abstract:Objective: To assess the effect of predegenerated peripheral nerve graft combined with nerve growth factor (NGF) in the treatment of spinal cord injury by somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) examination. Methods: 50 S-D rats were divided into 5 groups randomly. Group A were treated with PPNG and NGF, Group B with PPNG, Group C with NGF. Group D received no treatment and E were normal control. Somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) was recorded immediately after the operation, 1, 4 and 8 weeks after the operation.The regeneration was evaluated by measuring and contrasting the latent period and amplitude of N1 curve. Results: The amplitude of N1 curve of Group A is higher than Group B and C at the 8th week after the operation. The latent period of N1 curve of Group A is higher than Group B and C. Conclusion: With the combined PPNG and NGF, the ascending long tract regeneration after spinal cord injury was significantly promoted. The results can be reflected by SEP.
