| 摘 要： | 对２２例川崎病患儿血浆心钠素（ＡＮＰ）、心指数（ＣＩ）的临床观察结果表明：川崎病患儿在其病程的急性期血浆ＡＮＰ浓度明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＣＩ明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５）。血浆ＡＮＰ浓度和ＣＩ之间呈负相关（ｒ＝－０．６１２，Ｐ＜０．０５）。１７例未并发动脉瘤的患儿在临床症状消退后ＡＮＰ和ＣＩ基本恢复正常。但５例并发动脉瘤的病例ＡＮＰ浓度和ＣＩ异常则持续很长时间。初步认为：川崎病患儿血浆ＡＮＰ浓度的测定可以帮助我们了解川崎病患儿的心脏功能，对预后的评价有一定帮助

| Abstract: | mucocutaneous lymphnode syndrome patients were studied with their plasma natriuretic polypeptide (ANP) and cardiac index (CI). The results show that the patients when in the acute phase have a significant higher plasma ANP concentration and significant lower CI ( P <0.05). As for 17 without coronary aneurysm, when their illness was cured their pANP and CI went normal. But as for the other 5 with coronary aneurysm their higher pANP level lasted over 6 months. So the pANP laboratory assay might help us to know the patients’ cardiac function and if the patient has a coronary aneurysm |
