家属陪伴分娩的临床效果观察

目的:观察家属陪伴分娩对提高分娩的护理质量、消除产妇分娩期紧张焦虑情绪、促进母婴安全的效果。方法:选择50例产妇作为试验组,在“一对一”全程责任制陪伴分娩的基础上让家属参与陪伴分娩,另选50例产妇作为对照组,单纯采用“一对一”全程责任制陪伴分娩,观察两组产妇顺产率、部宫产率、产程时间、出血量及满意度的影响。结果:试验组产妇与对照组相比,顺产率高、产程短、产后2h出血量少、产妇及家属的满意度高,两组数据经统计学分析差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:陪伴分娩可以减轻产妇的心理压力和对分娩的恐惧,减少并发症的发生,促进产妇顺产的信心。

Clinical observation and experience in parturition for company of family member

Objective: To improve the quality of delivery and help parturient get rid of tension and anxiety so as to ensure the health of mothers and infants.Methods: 50 parturient were arranged in the test group.The family member was invited to attend the delivery following the principles of the whole course "one for one" parturition for company.The other 50 parturient were arranged in the control group,in which the only whole course "one for one" parturition for company was adopted.The effect of the two methods was observed on rate of normal delivery,rate of cesarean section,length of birth process,amount of bleeding and satisfaction between the two groups.Results: The significant difference was found in statistics when the data of the two groups was compared(P<0.05).In the test group,rate of normal delivery was high,birth process was short,amount of bleeding after 2-hour of delivery was less and satisfaction was more remarkable.Conclusion: Parturition for company can relieve tension and fear of parturient to increase their encouragement and decrease the occurrence of complications.
