| 摘 要： | 目的：观察手法分型治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈的疗效。方法：采用推拿、穴位按摩及外敷药物的方法，分型辨证治疗肌性斜颈90例。结果：痊愈83例，好转6例，无效1例，总有效率为98．9％（95％可信区间为93．8％－100．0％）。结论：手法分型治疗小儿先天性肌性斜颈，疗效确切，安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of manipulation and typing on pediatric congenital myogenic torticollis.Methods:90 cases were treated with massage,acupoint massage and topical application of drug.Results:83 cases cured,6 cases turned better,1 case had no effect.The total effective rate was 98.9%(95%CI=93 8% 100 0%).Conclusion:Manipulation and typing had good and secure therapeutic effect on pediatric congenital myogenic torticollis. |
