摘    要:目的:研究转染野生型P53基因对人肺癌细胞的生长影响作用。方法:将带有野生型P53基因的pCEP4质粒,通过Lipofectin转染肺癌细胞,用四甲基偶氮唑(MTT)法观察细胞的生长情况。结果:转染野生型P53基因,可使肺腺癌、肺鳞癌和小细胞肺癌细胞的生长明显受到抑制。结论:野生型P53基因有效抑制肺癌细胞的生长,可作为肺癌基因治疗的一种手段。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effecti on the growth of lung carcinoma cells by transfection with wild type P 53 (wt-P 53 )gene on growth Methods:The lung carcinoma cells were transfected by the Plasmids pCEP4 recombined with wild type P 53 gene at lipofectin mediated The growing tests of the lung carcinoma cells were studied by monotetrazolium(MTT) analysis Results:The growth of the lung adenocarcinoma cells,lung squamous cell carcinoma cells as well as small cell lung carcinoma cells were observably suppressed after transfection with the wt-P 53 gene Conclusion:The wt P 53 gene effectively suppressed the growth of lung carcinoma cells,and this is a way for the gene therapy of lung carcinoma
