HIV/AIDS患者机会性感染与总淋巴细胞计数之间的关系

摘    要:目的观察成人HIV/AIDS患者机会性感染发生的频率与总淋巴细胞计数(TLC)之间的关系。方法对2005~2008年9月于我院传染科住院的39例成人HIV/AIDS患者的TLC进行跟踪分析。结果(1)TLC≥1000个/μl者有5例(12.8%),TLC为500~999个/μl者17例(43.5%),TLC为200~499个/μl者15例(38.4%),TLC≤199个/μl者2例(5.3%);(2)22例TLC≥500个/μl者共发生机会性感染36人次(感染率160%),17例TLC≤499个/出者共发生机会性感染44人次(感染率258.8%),两者比较差异具有显著性。结论HIV/AIDS患者在TLC≤999个/μl时机会性感染频率增加,TLC≤499个/μl时机会性感染的频率明显增加,且均为多重感染。TLC在资源贫乏地区用来帮助监测机会性感染的发生和预后很有意义。

Abstract:Objective To illustrate the relationship between opportunistic infection of adult HIV/ AIDS patients and their total lymphocyte counting (TLC). Methods By analyzing TLC of 39 cases of adult HIV/AIDS patients in the contagious department of our hospital from the year 2005 to 2008. Results ( 1 ) Five cases (12.8%) with TLC≥ 1000/μl, 17 cases (43.5%) with TLC between 500 to 999/μl, 15 cases (38.4%) with TLC between 200 to 499/μl and 2 cases (15.3%) with TLC≤199μl; (2) During the 22 cases with TLC ≥500/μl, 36 person-times occurred opportunistic infection with the infection rate of 160% ; while in the 17 cases with TLC ≤499/μl, 44 person-times occurred opportunistic infection with the infection rate of 258.8%. And the difference between the two groups was statistical. Conclusions It was shown that the rate of opportunistic infection of HIV/AIDS patients with TLC ≤ 999/μl will rise, when TLC is ≤499/μl, the rate of opportunistic infection will rise obviously and the infections are multiple. So TLC is significant in monitoring the occurrence and recovery of opportunistic infection in the resource-constrained areas.
