中频药物导入治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的：观察中频药物导入法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法：将102例符合膝骨性关节炎诊断标准的患者随机分为两组,中频药物导入组,膝关节局部采用中药＋中频电疗法治疗,20min/次,1次/d,连续治疗8周;中频电疗组,膝关节局部只采用中频电疗法治疗,20min/次,1次/d,连续治疗8周。分别于治疗前、开始治疗后4周和8周进行评价。评价指标包括临床症状学评价和关节活动度评价。结果：中频药物导入组显效7例,有效39例,无效6例;中频电疗组显效1例,有效28例,无效21例。中频药物导入组膝关节活动度治疗后有明显改善,优于中频电疗组。结论：中频药物导入法治疗膝骨性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Treatment of osteoarthritis with chinese medicine by iontophoresis

Objective：To observe the frequency of drug treatment into the clinical knee osteoarthritis results.Methods：102 patients met the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups,frequency of drug into groups,partial knee herbal ＋ medium frequency therapy,20 min/time,1 time/day for 8 consecutive weeks;IF radiotherapy group,knee frequency power using only local therapy,20 min/time,1 time/day,continuously for 8 weeks.Respectively,before treatment,4 weeks after initiation of therapy and 8 weeks were evaluated.Evaluation included clinical evaluation,and joint range of motion evaluation.Results：The frequency of drug into group 7 cases markedly effective in 39 cases,6 cases;frequency electrotherapy group 1 case of markedly effective in 28 cases,21 cases ineffective.IF knee level of drug import group im proved significantly after treatment,better than the intermediate frequency electrotherapy group.Conclusion：The frequency of drug into the treatment of knee osteoarthritis method has better clinical efficacy,is worthy of clinical application.
