| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨退行性膝关节病关节镜下清理术的微创治疗疗效与相关因素。方法:对2001年3月～2004年3月500余例退行性膝关节病患者行关节镜下关节清理术,对其中360例资料完整患者进行随访,回顾性分析、评价对比术前与术后的疗效。采用WOMAC评分法。结果:优:245例,良:83例,可:19例,差:13例。结论:关节镜下关节清理术治疗退行性膝关节病可获得较好的效果,可有效改善临床症状,改善关节功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the result and its relative factors of treating knee osteoarthritis microtraumatically with arthroscopic debridement. Method 360 patients of knee osteoarthritis treated by arthroscopic debridement from March 2001 to March 2004 were reviewed in order to evaluate all cases preoperative and postopevative effects with WOMAC knee score system. Results We got 245 cases in excellent grade ; 83 cases in well grade;19 cases in acceptasle grade;13 cases in unacceptable grade. Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement for knee osteoarthritis is satisfactory, It can improve the clininal symptoms and knee function obviously. |
