非小细胞肺癌E-Cadherin 表达的免疫组化研究

 目的　研究E Cad在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)的表达及其临床意义。方法　应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白 过氧化物酶 (SP)法染色技术测定 6 5例NSCLC组织标本E Cad蛋白的表达水平 ,并分析其与病理类型、区域淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、病理分级及TNM分期之间的关系。结果　E Cad在正常肺组织细胞膜上均清晰染色 ,在NSCLC组织中异常表达率为 5 2 .31% ,显著高于正常肺组织 (P <0 .0 1) ,且E Cad的表达与肺癌区域淋巴结转移、病理分级及TNM分期有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但与肿瘤大小和病理类型无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　检测E Cad的表达 ,有可能为临床判断NSCLC区域淋巴结转移、病变的发展以及评估预后提供依据。

Study on Expression of E-Cadherin in Human Non-Small Cell Lung cancer

Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of E|Cadherin(E|Cad) in non|small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods By using SP immunohistochemical method with anti|E|Cad monoclonal antibody, we detected the expression of E|Cad protein in 65 cases NSCLC and studied its correlation with histological types, local lymph node metastases, the size of tumor mass, pathological grades and TNM stages. Results Expresion of E|Cad was clearly evident on the cell membrane of 15 normal lung tissues. Abnormal expression rate(52.31%)of E|Cad in NSCLC was much higher than that in the normal lung tissues( P<0.01 ),and it was also correlated with the stage of local lymph node metastases, pathological grades and the TNM stages ( P<0.05 ),but had no correlation with histological types or the size of tumor mass. Conclusion The data demonstrated that expression of E|Cad might be used as an objective indicator of the metastatic potency of local lymph node, extent of invation and the prognosis in NSCLC.
