TSGF、GA19-9、CA242联合检测对胰腺癌术后复发诊断的应用

目的研究与胰腺癌相关的血清中恶性肿瘤相关物质(TSGF)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)和糖类抗原242(CA242)对胰腺癌术后复发诊断的临床应用价值。方法采用生化比色法和AXSYM免疫分析仪,分别检测84例胰腺癌术后患者血清中的TSGF、CA19-9、CA242含量,并每月进行监测。结果胰腺癌术后复发患者3种肿瘤标志物单项水平均高于未复发组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。84例术后患者在随访期复发者49例,其中TSGF 31例、CA19-9 33例、CA242 32例在确诊前已开始增高,上述标志物联合测定可提高对术后复发诊断的敏感性。结论TSGF、CA19-9、CA242术后联合测定能较早的提示胰腺癌术后的复发,并能明显提高对胰腺癌术后复发诊断的敏感性。

Application of TSGF,CA19-9 and CA 242 combined examination in the diagnosis of recidivation of post-surgical pancreatic cancer

Objective To study the clinical application and value of 3 tumor markers associated with pancreatic cancer,namely tumor specific growth factor(TSGF),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),and carbohydrate antigen 242(CA242) in the diagnosis of recidivation of post-surgical patients. Methods The serum levels of TSGF,CA19-9 and CA242 in 84 cases of post-surgical patients with pancreatic cancer were detected by biochemical colorimetry and AXSYM immunoassay,systematic monitoring was carried out every month. Results The level of all 3 tumor markers increased individually in recidive cases of post-surgical pancreatic cancer;Moreover,there was a significant difference((P<)0.01).In the 49 recidive cases of the total of 84 post-surgical cases,the TSGF levels of 31 cases increased,the CA19-9 levels of 33 cases increased and the CA242 levels of 32 cases increased before clinical diagnosis.The combined test of 3 tumor markers increased the sensitivity of diagnosis. Conclusions The combined detection of TSGF,CA19-9 and CA242 can detect relatively early recidive cases of post-surgical pancreatic cancer.
