职业暴露甲萘威对女性生殖内分泌的影响

摘    要:分别选择某农药厂甲萘威生产女工67名为暴露组、厂行政办公区女性工作人员47名为对照组。对环境空气中甲萘威及其相关气体如异氰酸甲酯(MIC)、氨气及总酚进行持续3d的监测,同时选择暴露区及对照区各3人进行个体采样和皮肤污染量测定;运用回顾性队列研究的方法对其月经和妊娠结局进行评价。测定其血清中的卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL)和雌二醇(E2)水平。结果显示暴露组空气中甲萘威、总酚浓度明显高于对照组(P<0.01),个体采样及皮肤污染量结果均显示暴露组甲萘威浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.01);暴露组自然流产发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。提示甲萘威农药生产职业暴露可能对女工的妊娠结局有一定的影响。

Abstract:67 female workers exposed to carbaryl in a pesticide factory were selected as exposure group,and 47 female administrators in the same factory were selected as control group.The air concentration of carbaryl,methyl isocyanate,ammonia and phenol in working place of two groups were monitored in three consecutive days simultaneously.Moreover,three workers from both groups were selected to detect the individual skin contamination amounts of carbaryl in three consecutive days.Then,evaluate their menstrual status and pregnancy outcomes with retrospective cohort study.Meanwhile,the serum levels of reproductive hormones including follicle stimulation hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),prolactin(PRL),oestradiol(E_2)and progesterone(P)were determined with electrochemiluminoimmuno-assay(ECLIA).The results showed that the air concentrations of carbaryl and phenol in working places of exposure group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),the skin contamination amount of carbaryl in exposed workers was also higher than that of the controls(P<0.01).Additionally,the incidence of spontaneous abortion in the exposure group was significantly higher than that of the control group.It is suggested that the occupational exposure to carbaryl might have some affect on the pregnancy outcomes in female workers.
