| 摘 要： | 目的总结婴儿先天性唇裂的手术治疗体会。方法回顾和分析对37例平均年龄为3．7个月患儿进行手术治疗的临床资料。结果37例均治愈，其中：26例效果满意，11例存在不同程度术后畸形。结论正确的手术时机选择、可靠的麻醉、合理的术式、精准的操作和控制出血是治疗成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences in the surgical treatment of cleft lip in infants. Methods Thirty-seven infants with cleft lip,average 3.7 months old,underwent surgical treatment. The clinic data were reviewed and analyzed restrospectively. Results In all patients,26 with satisfactory effect and 11 with somewhat deformity,recovered smoothly.
